About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Regional Office in driving commercial performance and business development initiatives
- Monitor commercial performance and support business reviews
- Analyze sales performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Develop and improve dashboards and reporting tools
- Support Sales Managers in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Assist in the development of intermodal solutions
- Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial tools and performance tracking systems
- Monitor market trends and external factors impacting business performance
- Consolidate market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with experienced Sales Managers and local teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- European citizens aged 18 to 28 years old
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Strong interest in business development, commercial performance, and growth strategy
- Solid analytical skills
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow
- Results driven and deadline-oriented
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Fluent English (French or another European language is a plus)
