About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Regional Office in driving commercial performance and business development initiatives
  • Monitor commercial performance and support business reviews
  • Analyze sales performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Develop and improve dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support Sales Managers in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Assist in the development of intermodal solutions
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial tools and performance tracking systems
  • Monitor market trends and external factors impacting business performance
  • Consolidate market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with experienced Sales Managers and local teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • European citizens aged 18 to 28 years old
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Strong interest in business development, commercial performance, and growth strategy
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn and grow
  • Results driven and deadline-oriented
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (French or another European language is a plus)
