Key responsibilities & impact
  • Development and implementation of account plans
  • Relationship building at ‘C’ level
  • Competitor analysis and stakeholder mapping
  • Identifying, qualifying and developing opportunities
  • Leading complex negotiations with customers
  • Managing P&L and accounts receivable for Europe
  • Providing regular reports and business overviews to stakeholders
  • Evaluating market dynamics to target potential customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant knowledge and experience in the R&C sector
  • Defined and developed network of clients and contacts
  • Strong commercial and business acumen skills
  • Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Experience of working in a global/regional matrixed organisation
  • Excellent communication with proficiency in English.
