About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and implementation of account plans
- Relationship building at ‘C’ level
- Competitor analysis and stakeholder mapping
- Identifying, qualifying and developing opportunities
- Leading complex negotiations with customers
- Managing P&L and accounts receivable for Europe
- Providing regular reports and business overviews to stakeholders
- Evaluating market dynamics to target potential customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant knowledge and experience in the R&C sector
- Defined and developed network of clients and contacts
- Strong commercial and business acumen skills
- Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships
- Experience of working in a global/regional matrixed organisation
- Excellent communication with proficiency in English.
