About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Anticipate, identify, and support changes in the HR perimeter
- Ensure deployment of the group's HR policy
- Provide advice and support to top management, local managers, and employees on HR and organizational aspects
- Lead the operational implementation of the Group's HR policy
- Contribute to cross-functional projects specifically related to the HR department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year experience in HR field
- Exposure to an international, multicultural, and demanding environment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead structuring projects with high exposure
- Good interpersonal, writing, and speaking skills
- Reactivity, ability to take initiatives, and analytical skills
- Candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals only
