About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Anticipate, identify, and support changes in the HR perimeter
  • Ensure deployment of the group's HR policy
  • Provide advice and support to top management, local managers, and employees on HR and organizational aspects
  • Lead the operational implementation of the Group's HR policy
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects specifically related to the HR department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in HR field
  • Exposure to an international, multicultural, and demanding environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to lead structuring projects with high exposure
  • Good interpersonal, writing, and speaking skills
  • Reactivity, ability to take initiatives, and analytical skills
  • Candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals only
