About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Digital sales in India
  • Update, monitor, and analyze India digital sales commercial performance
  • Coordinate implementation and scaling of the Seareward loyalty program in India
  • Provide sales performance analysis per client and per segment
  • Supervise implementation of sales and marketing tools
  • Conduct training sessions for Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Prepare presentations for Business Development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aged 18 to 28 and European nationals only
  • Postgraduate degree (5/6 years) in commercial/business development role
  • Previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft applications, especially Advance Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest in the Shipping industry would be an asset
  • Programming knowledge is a plus.
