About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Digital sales in India
- Update, monitor, and analyze India digital sales commercial performance
- Coordinate implementation and scaling of the Seareward loyalty program in India
- Provide sales performance analysis per client and per segment
- Supervise implementation of sales and marketing tools
- Conduct training sessions for Sales and Customer Service teams
- Prepare presentations for Business Development activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Aged 18 to 28 and European nationals only
- Postgraduate degree (5/6 years) in commercial/business development role
- Previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications, especially Advance Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive and a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in the Shipping industry would be an asset
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
