Quality Process & Development Manager
CMA CGMQuality Process & Development Manager with CMA CGM optimizing end-to-end processes in the Adriatic Cluster. Driving internal process improvement initiatives and overseeing deployment of IT projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote and drive the implementation and alignment of the standard operating organization model within all agencies in Adriatic Cluster.
- Drive, coordinate & facilitate system deployment projects in the region ensuring on-time deployment and successful implementation.
- Manage alignment, implementation and promotion of the Group standard organization, processes and tools for the Agencies in the Region.
- Manage implementation of the Group IT projects to ensure successful and timely deployment, go live operations and adoption in the Region.
- Engage and facilitate Agencies of the Region and teams to completion of transversal projects as per Group planning and strategy.
- Be the lead in identification, scoping, project planning and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain management
- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager is required.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology, tools & techniques.
- Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Project or other project and time management software applications.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, follow up, decision-making, problem-solving, team-building, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-management and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization;
- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
- Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to travel abroad on assignments.
