About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to CEVA's global RPA development community.
  • Provide design process expertise as requested.
  • Contribute suggestions to optimize processes in the overall design.
  • Develop detailed designs based on documented requirements for services and product enhancements.
  • Perform development based on documented requirements.
  • Execute activities consistently and reliably, meeting defined service levels, schedules, and budgets.
  • Work with Solution Owners, Solution Analysts, Business Owners, and clients to translate requirements into solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities at the global and corporate levels.
  • Identify opportunities based on process investigation and improvement.
  • Contribute to technological development within the domain or technology (D&B includes design, development, testing and deployment activities).
  • Define delivery schedules and ensure execution as planned for assigned deliverables.
  • Lead small-scale internal projects when required.
  • Coordinate delivery across IT teams.
  • Respond to unknown, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations using the professionally prescribed standard response.
  • Use standard analytical tools and techniques to determine root cause and resolve a wide range of application issues.
  • Perform other duties and related activities inherent to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, preferably on the Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
  • Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) projects, preferably using ABBYY Vantage.
  • Technical experience in a defined functional area; experience/qualification with Automation Anywhere is a plus.
  • Proficiency in and application of complex tools and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of functionalities to assess risks and apply quality controls.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., command line, VBScript, C#, VB.Net, VBA, JavaScript, among others).
  • Experience with operating systems and production platforms: Windows servers, database servers, and application servers.
  • ITIL certification desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of the functional area or technology.
  • Good numerical reasoning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Agent Process Automation (APA) is an advantage.
