Customer Service Representative
CMA CGMCustomer Service Representative assisting with logistics inquiries at CMA CGM. Responsible for addressing customer enquiries and ensuring optimal transport solutions in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting with customer enquiries related to space availability and booking requirements
- Proactively addressing schedule changes to ensure suitable transport solutions are arranged
- Monitoring capacity across sailings, tracking bookings against targets
- Ensuring timely confirmation of any non-standard or late bookings prior to cut-off
- Building strong customer relationships while promoting services and contributing to continuous improvement and high service standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or Business (preferred)
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with good computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and professional phone manner
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
