About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver end‐to‐end Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and system integration solutions for CEVA Contract Logistics across North America
Engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to collect business requirements
Configure multiple systems, manage testing phases, and deliver documentation
Collaborate with cross‐functional internal teams to ensure IT solutions are delivered successfully
Acts as the functional lead during solution design and build phases
Responsible for defining and documenting system integrations and preparing System Integration Testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and IT delivery
5 years hands-on experience in OMS and WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan Active
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem‐solving skills
Managerial accounting skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions
