Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to customer inquiries
Qualify and process customer requests
Contact internal stakeholders to prepare relevant pricing quotations
Follow up with customers on unconverted quotes
Assist customers in using online pricing tools
Contribute to resolving commercial disputes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2) in International Trade or Transport & Logistics on an apprenticeship/work-study contract
Proficient with IT systems and office software
Good command of English is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
Autonomy, organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and proactivity
