About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the local IT helpdesk and IT support team
- Ensure stable IT and network operations
- Lead and deliver IT and technology projects
- Manage ServiceNow / Global L1 helpdesk
- Plan IT budget and handle procurement
- Report to and closely align with management and the European IT Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, server environments, Active Directory, O365, and ServiceNow
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Very good English skills (required)
- German language skills are an advantage
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel
