About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Assist in executing recruitment processes, from posting vacancies to coordinating candidates and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee relations by answering inquiries, facilitating communication, and promoting an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects such as training, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses to support decision-making and improve HR service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an HR administrative role or similar, ideally within logistics or related sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous and methodical work habits.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and accessibly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR best practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and promoting an inclusive work environment.
