Platform Consultant
CMA CGMPlatform Consultant delivering end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) for CEVA Logistics across North America. Engage with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver end-to-end Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and system integration solutions for CEVA Contract Logistics across North America
- Engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs
- Configure multiple systems and manage testing phases
- Produce comprehensive functional and technical documentation covering OMS, WMS, Transportation, and integration components
- Prepare and execute System Integration Testing for validating end-to-end processes and system configuration quality
- Support business users during User Acceptance Testing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and IT delivery
- Hands-on experience in OMS and WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan Active
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
- Managerial accounting skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
