About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to IT project management by tracking schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Prepare and facilitate project committee meetings: write minutes, track actions and decisions
- Identify and monitor project risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation plans
- Collaborate with business teams, vendors and technical teams to ensure effective project coordination
- Contribute to the production of dashboards and reporting on the status of the IT project portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project or equivalent)
- Strong organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Desirable Experience in an internship or academic project related to project management or information systems
- Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Prince2 or PMP
