Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the senior strategic liaison and trusted advisor to business leaders across Customer Care, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize IT initiatives.
  • Lead IT governance and portfolio management processes.
  • Translate complex business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Provide executive oversight for the full lifecycle of IT programs.
  • Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in an IT Business Partner, Strategic Liaison, or equivalent leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies—including cloud computing, automation, analytics, and AI/ML.
