About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the senior strategic liaison and trusted advisor to business leaders across Customer Care, Operations, and Corporate Functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize IT initiatives.
- Lead IT governance and portfolio management processes.
- Translate complex business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
- Provide executive oversight for the full lifecycle of IT programs.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in an IT Business Partner, Strategic Liaison, or equivalent leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in project and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies—including cloud computing, automation, analytics, and AI/ML.
