About the role
- Lead the delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including graduate schemes and fast-track initiatives.
- Facilitate people reviews, succession planning, and career conversations for key employee populations.
- Manage assessment centers, oversee follow-up development plans, and coordinate talent committee activities.
- Oversee digital learning platforms and promote adoption of innovative learning methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Support performance management, recognition programs, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Group policies and standards.
- Coach and mentor members of the talent development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to address talent needs.
- Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in talent and leadership development within large, global organizations.
- Master’s degree required.
- Proven track record in succession planning, developing high potentials, and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Certifications in coaching and assessment (e.g., SHL, Hogan, Thomas) are an advantage.
