About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including graduate schemes and fast-track initiatives.
  • Facilitate people reviews, succession planning, and career conversations for key employee populations.
  • Manage assessment centers, oversee follow-up development plans, and coordinate talent committee activities.
  • Oversee digital learning platforms and promote adoption of innovative learning methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • Support performance management, recognition programs, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Group policies and standards.
  • Coach and mentor members of the talent development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to address talent needs.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–15 years’ experience in talent and leadership development within large, global organizations.
  • Master’s degree required.
  • Proven track record in succession planning, developing high potentials, and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Certifications in coaching and assessment (e.g., SHL, Hogan, Thomas) are an advantage.
