About the role
- Managing payroll from employee onboarding to offboarding for approximately 500 payslips
- Reviewing and validating payslips
- Preparing employment contracts and amendments
- Managing absences, leave, sickness, maternity and working time
- Handling final settlements (solde de tout compte) and Pôle Emploi certificates
- Managing payroll contributions and DSN (nominative social declarations)
- Preparing for URSSAF audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of an ADP GSI payroll system (DGE – Decidium Grandes Entreprises) is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with office software
- Fluent in French
