About the role
- Contribute to the definition, maintenance, and execution of the program roadmap for assigned projects or workstreams
- Translate program-level objectives into detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery sequences
- Identify dependencies, critical paths, and capacity constraints, and propose mitigation actions
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects in line with approved scope, timelines, and budget
- Monitor progress against plan and ensure delivery of agreed milestones and deliverables
- Apply program governance, methodologies, tools, and reporting standards consistently
- Define, plan, and track project deliverables in alignment with program expectations
- Act as the operational coordination point for assigned projects.
Requirements
- Experience in project planning
- Ability to manage roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in complex environments
- Experience working within structured program governance frameworks
- Strong sense of ownership and delivery accountability
- Structured, methodical, and results-oriented approach
- Clear and factual communication, particularly on status, risks, and dependencies
- Ability to work effectively under program-level direction
- Commercial experience in shipping is a plus.
