About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Qualify and process customer requests received
  • Enter associated quotations
  • Contact internal stakeholders to prepare relevant pricing offers
  • Follow up with customers for unconfirmed quotations

Requirements

  • Higher education in International Trade or Transport and Logistics
  • At least 6 months' experience in a commercial support role within the maritime, logistics, or transport sector
  • Proficiency in computer and office tools
  • Good level of English is a plus
