About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Qualify and process customer requests received
- Enter associated quotations
- Contact internal stakeholders to prepare relevant pricing offers
- Follow up with customers for unconfirmed quotations
- Ensure quotations are regularly updated
- Assist customers in using online pricing tools
- Contribute to resolving commercial disputes
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Security and Safety procedures
Requirements
- Higher education in International Trade or Transport and Logistics
- At least 6 months' experience in a commercial support role within the maritime, logistics, or transport sector
- Proficiency in computer and office tools
- Good level of English is a plus
