About the role

  • Oversee all financial and administrative management of the entity
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting records and compliance with tax and social security obligations
  • Coordinate with the external accounting firm to provide monthly documentation
  • Prepare supplier payment runs
  • Manage monthly banking relationships
  • Handle key contracts and monitor insurance policies
  • Develop the annual budget in collaboration with management and all departments
  • Implement and maintain dashboards for costs, overheads, payroll and revenue
  • Monitor actuals versus budget, analyze variances and alert management
  • Review and validate VAT returns prepared by the accounting firm
  • Maintain headcount tracking and update internal procedures
  • Advise management on the financial impact of decisions
  • Ensure compliance with expense approval rules
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the quality of financial services

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business School or equivalent (DCG/DSCG is a plus)
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong knowledge of general and analytical accounting (balance sheet, P&L, receivables/payables cycles)
  • Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis and dashboard creation
  • Solid knowledge of VAT, corporate tax and standard taxation rules
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas); familiarity with Yooz and Cegid Loop is a plus
  • Ability to design and streamline procedures (expenses, approvals, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate figures on time
  • Ability to prioritize and independently manage a wide scope of responsibilities
  • Ability to explain financial topics clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Discretion, trustworthiness and respect for confidentiality
