About the role
- Manage an assigned fleet of vessels to ensure operational readiness
- Develop and implement AML policies and conduct risk assessments
- Supervise crew management and performance reviews
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure seaworthiness of ships
- Monitor ship budget and expenditures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering or similar focus
- Minimum 10 years of shipboard and/or technical ship management experience
- Expert knowledge of Marine/Technical Operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- License: US Chief Engineer or 1st Assistant Engineer’s Unlimited License preferred
- Fluent in English required
