Job Level

About the role

  • Define the editorial vision (in collaboration with teams) and adapt it across brand universes
  • Oversee the creation, testing and optimization of new concepts (including packaging)
  • Manage editorial production and ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Launch new channels and IP franchises in line with the group’s strategy
  • Coordinate editorial and creative teams related to the Social Club
  • Ensure editorial consistency across platforms
  • Monitor and interpret editorial performance (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (journalism, communications, media, CELSA, Sciences Po or equivalent)
  • Proven experience (8–10 years) in digital editorial leadership, including at least 5 years in management
  • Strong expertise in social platforms and their conventions
  • Experience launching digital editorial projects (channels, IP, programs)
  • Fluent English
