About the role
- Responsible for the MELI Cross-Docking operation in the Santa Catarina region.
- Accountable for regional execution in accordance with objectives set by the client and CEVA management.
- Perform administrative tasks related to daily routines and area procedures, as well as monitor and control processes, update reports and documents relevant to the area, oversee road transport operations, answer phone calls, stratify results, respond to client requests, verify reverse logistics, and supervise assistants' routines.
- Responsible for KPI reporting and analysis.
- Handle communications and issue resolution with carriers and clients.
- Prepare and provide general operational reports.
- Report occurrences to the client.
- Ensure achievement of targets established for the region.
- Serve internal and external clients.
- Conduct routine checks of drivers and assistants.
- Provide training and process refreshers for drivers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Experience in Logistics / Monitoring;
- Experience in data stratification / KPI monitoring and reporting;
