About the role
- Execute the new customer implementation training plan for floor associates and operational leaders
- Collaborate with site and regional workstream leaders to improve effectiveness of new customer implementation training
- Facilitate in-person classroom and on-the-job training
- Develop and enhance training curriculum including operational videos, recorded calls, training activities
- Develop and implement tools to assess training effectiveness and reporting to senior leaders
- Coach leaders to sustain use of operational training tools
- Coach during on-the-job training using Work Instructions and supporting job aides
- Project Management
- Up to 50% travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- BS or BA in Supply Chain, Communications, Human Resources Development, Industrial Engineering
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- 4-6 years Supply Chain operations experience
- Project Management plan development, deliverable and dashboard reporting management
- Facilitate in person training
- Design and deliver training curriculum
- SmartSheets as project management tool
- Lucid for process flow documentation preferred
