About the role

  • Define and manage tender programs for the duration of the contract
  • Deliver cost savings and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Source transport providers and 3PL partners
  • Manage tender preparation and event management (RFI, RFQ), create scenarios, and perform bid analysis
  • Maintain valid and competitive rates at all times
  • Challenge LSPs on their proposals
  • Produce market updates and analyses
  • Assist customers in drafting contracts with LSPs
  • Support transport operations

Requirements

  • University degree / Master’s degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain, preferably with an aerospace background
  • Experienced in analyzing and managing performance through KPIs, reports, and dashboards; proficient with standard tools (MS Office, BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik)
  • Fluent in English
