About the role
- Manage link between internal services and IT solution department
- Centralize requirements from support functions, operations, and contract management
- Define scope, objectives, and requirements
- Collect and analyze data
- Verify data quality and availability
- Test and implement solutions
- Control data quality in reports and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience
- Business analyst in Air & Sea freight operations
- Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing
- Licence Degree in data analysis, data science and forecasts
- Fluent English, French and a local language is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good knowledge in Data Analysis and information systems
- Ability to travel (25%)
