- Respond to customer inquiries and qualify requests
- Process customer requests and enter associated quotations
- Contact internal stakeholders for relevant offers
- Follow up with customers on unfinalized quotes
- Ensure regular updating of quotations
Requirements
- Seeking an apprenticeship as part of a Master's program (M1 or M2) in International Trade or Transport/Logistics
- Proficient with computer and office tools
- English language skills preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness and proactivity
