About the role

  • Identify, structure and deliver high-business-impact projects by leveraging data, AI and technological opportunities.
  • Define initiative scope: business problem, value hypotheses and feasibility.
  • Prioritize based on business impact and complexity.
  • Ensure functional steering with CMA IT, Infosys AI Factory, and Pricing, Allocation & Cargo Flow teams.
  • Challenge business requirements and define clear roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment between business ambition and delivery capacity.
  • Produce in-depth, data-driven analyses to clarify issues and guide decisions.
  • Co-develop innovative projects with startups, technology partners and clients.
  • Launch POCs/MVPs and convert promising initiatives into structured projects.
  • Unite cross-functional teams around common objectives.
  • Interact with Senior Management and contribute to strategic materials.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Line operations, notably Pricing and Cargo Flows within CMA CGM.
  • Solid experience in data or digital projects with significant business impact.
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of digital transformation challenges.
  • Ability to quickly assess the value of a use case.
  • Strong interest in AI and new models (including agentic/agent-based approaches).
  • Good knowledge of CMA CGM business areas.
  • Ideally exposed to Pricing, Allocation or Cargo Flow topics.
  • Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to work with expert profiles such as Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience using Jira and project management/steering tools.
  • Ability to lead without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Strong interest in data analysis; SQL skills are a plus.
