About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Manage and improve business operations
- Drive productivity and ensure quality is maintained
- Responsible for all Inventory Management and co-ordination of Inventory processes
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Analyze and evaluate current operational procedures
- Manage and monitor departmental budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure business operations align with strategic goals
- Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners
- Implement quality inventory control measures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or relevant
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Inventory management, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Expert experience with relevant software and systems, including ERP, WMS and CRM systems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
