About the role
- Driving process standardization and optimization (Procure-to-Pay)
- Implementing and supporting procurement tools (e-sourcing, e-procurement, analytics)
- Defining and tracking procurement KPIs and performance dashboards
- Supporting category management best practices and governance
- Leading change management, training, and adoption initiatives
- Ensuring policy compliance and audit readiness
- Identifying and scaling continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Min of 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations
- 3–5 years in a Procurement Excellence, Process Improvement, PMO, or Transformation role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of procurement compliance and risk management
- Project and change management capability
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, and international environments
