About the role
- Data collection
- Reporting
- Performance monitoring: developing new IT tools (rate monitoring, performance monitoring, etc.)
- Establishing strategies for the lines (producing presentation materials)
- Reviewing and refining these strategies
- Service studies to adapt to the market, launch new services, and streamline existing services
Requirements
- Five-year higher education degree (Master’s level or equivalent) from a university or business school, specializing in logistics or international trade
- Proficiency with IT tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, or Python; knowledge of Qlik Sense is a plus
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of international transport
- Professional proficiency in English and fluent in French
- Punctual, exemplary conduct, and discreet with confidential matters
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
