About the role
- Support the consolidation of almost 500 entities in over 160 countries
- Assist the team with process improvements on intercompany reconciliation
- Conduct data crunching and data quality reviews
- Provide timely, accurate, compliant, and meaningful financial information for external reporting and management reporting
- Work in a team of approx. 10 people facing multiple challenges in the frame of ongoing M&A integrations
Requirements
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting (currently enrolled or recently graduated)
- Minimum 3 months of experience in a finance, accounting, or consolidation role
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and strong accounting principles
- Advanced level of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of reporting tool (e.g. OneStream or HFM) is a plus
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates determination and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure
- Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented
- Hands-on, can-do attitude, and a proactive self-starter
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
