About the role

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of all events organized by the Group (seminars, thematic conferences, inaugurations, participation in trade shows and congresses), in France and internationally, in coordination with local teams.
  • Lead the design, development and delivery of communication projects at all stages (project management, scheduling, logistics, production, content).
  • Coordinate internal teams effectively while collaborating with external providers, notably communication agencies.
  • Work closely with other units within the Communications Department (press relations, internal communications, digital communications, CSR communications, international communications), as well as with department heads at headquarters, regional management and international subsidiaries to ensure the success of the Group’s projects.
  • Draft various content: communication plans, video scripts, etc.

Requirements

  • Higher education (Master's level) in marketing, communications or project management.
  • At least 5–6 years of experience in a communications agency specialized in managing large-scale projects (conferences, executive forums, inauguration events, product launches, etc.) or in an events agency.
  • Experience in a communications agency is particularly valued.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ability to prioritize requests and high responsiveness to internal stakeholders and senior management.
