About the role

  • Ensure the reliability of financial information and related analyses for the technical management of CMA CGM's fleet vessels
  • Participate in the monthly close process
  • Ensure the accuracy of cost accounting
  • Analyze monthly variances between actuals and budget/forecast
  • Analyze the annual forecast
  • Conduct a monthly financial review with the fleet team
  • Produce the summary of the monthly review for the Management Control Manager
  • Provide support for budget and forecast preparation
  • Contribute to process and tool improvements

Requirements

  • Degree in management control and/or finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in management control
  • Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in transaction/period-end closing
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, curious
