About the role
- Deployment of methodology and standards
- Ensure alignment of practices with the Group CDO
- Ensure the proper roll-out of the data governance framework
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives
- Identify gaps and report risks to management
- Collaborate with business units to implement data governance at scale
- Organize training, workshops and communications to increase maturity
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management (PMO, agile methodologies, or transformation programs)
- Deep expertise in data governance, data management, data visualization, big data technologies, analytics, and AI technologies
- Excellent change management skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake)
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
