About the role
- Evaluate the market regarding potential business opportunities
- Manage customer portfolio - develop existing customers and acquire new ones
- Demonstrate systematic approach regarding visits, phone calls and negotiations with clients, prepare presentations and quotations, price requests as well as RFQ handling
- Prepare and negotiate contracts
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs
- Demonstrate consultative sales approach / cross selling, offering complete CEVA suite of products and services and involving additional sales resources (if needed)
Requirements
- High school or university degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of freight forwarding, ideally ground or mixed transportation products
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good command of English (verbal & written)
- Computer Skills (MS Office) and CRM automation tools
- Self-motivation & ability to work on own initiative
- Valid driver's license category B with willingness to travel as business demands
- Very important: commercial acumen, customer-orientation
