About the role
- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the Contract Optimization team and internal stakeholders
- Act as the customer's advocate within CEVA FM Mexico
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback
- Support contract negotiation processes and renewals
- Lead scheduled and ad hoc review meetings with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in interpreting contract details and performance metrics
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive mindset focused on resolving challenges efficiently
- Fluent command of both English and Spanish languages
