About the role
- Design impactful and engaging learning solutions and experiences using varied and innovative modalities while respecting the visual identity.
- Advise subject-matter experts from the Academies in the development of innovative and effective learning pathways for learners.
- Evaluate training needs with experts, assess relevance, propose an impactful format, the appropriate structure, and pedagogical scripting.
- Manage the production of digital modules with partners in France and abroad.
- Monitor progress and plan the different stages (workload, scheduling, KPIs).
- Select and manage external vendors for innovative learning projects.
- Plan regular communication activities on our platforms.
- Continuously improve the learner experience by proposing corrective actions.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Multimedia Instructional Design or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in designing and managing international learning projects.
- Experience managing multicultural projects (planning, deadlines, deliverables).
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, team spirit, and a collaborative approach.
- Creativity, versatility, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex content.
- Interest in innovative learning tools (video, AI-powered learning).
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, Canva, Powtoon) and creative/desktop publishing software (Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Rush).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
