About the role

  • Support remuneration-related activities, providing assistance to local HR teams and managers
  • Assist in maintaining strategic indicators and monthly reports
  • Process personnel movements, manage vacancy controls, and handle requests through the HR portal
  • Support the maintenance of indicators and monthly reports
  • Handle HR Portal requests related to compensation, including new position requests, personnel movements, and transfers
  • Assist in maintaining and updating systems such as ADP and MYHR

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required
  • Knowledge of Spanish and English, or willingness to learn
