About the role
- Support remuneration-related activities, providing assistance to local HR teams and managers
- Assist in maintaining strategic indicators and monthly reports
- Process personnel movements, manage vacancy controls, and handle requests through the HR portal
- Support the maintenance of indicators and monthly reports
- Handle HR Portal requests related to compensation, including new position requests, personnel movements, and transfers
- Assist in maintaining and updating systems such as ADP and MYHR
- Participate in improvement projects and assist with team training
- Provide support to HR and LATAM managers
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required
- Knowledge of Spanish and English, or willingness to learn
