About the role
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects with high operational impact
- Deploy and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire transport network
- Oversee projects from inception to completion
- Identify, structure, and implement projects with significant operational impact
- Support network transformation initiatives
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of flows
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to each project
- Analyze operational issues and propose corrective action plans
Requirements
- Scope, plan, execute, monitor, communicate, and close projects while meeting cost/time/quality objectives
- Coordinate local teams and all internal stakeholders
- Identify, structure, and deploy projects with significant operational and financial impact
- Support network transformation initiatives
- Participate in the digitalization and automation of flows
- Develop and lead continuous improvement projects
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to each project
- Provide regular, structured reporting to management
