About the role
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by validating financial data and ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Prepare management reports and financial presentations to support decision-making by managers and senior leadership.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.
- Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and templates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.
- Collaborate with senior finance team members to analyze financial data, track key performance indicators, and contribute to performance summaries.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience or internship in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in an international or complex environment.
- Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and deliver actionable insights to management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
