About the role
- Vehicle lifecycle: Support with ordering, delivery, return and management of the company vehicle pool.
- Fuel cards & charging: Management of fuel and charging cards, monitoring of consumption and reporting.
- Compliance & safety: Organization of statutory safety (UVV) and driver’s license checks, and support in claims management.
- Contracts & administration: Maintenance of leasing, insurance and vehicle registration data, and communication with service providers.
- Reporting & finance: Preparation of analyses and reports, handling ad-hoc requests and special reports.
- Governance & processes: Collaboration on policies, standards and process optimizations within the fleet.
- Invoice processing: Review, coding and approval of invoices, including clarifications with service providers.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally studying Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Automotive Management or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in data and reporting.
- Very good German language skills; English is a plus.
- Structured, reliable and independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of organizational tasks.
- Initial experience in administration, fleet management or similar areas is a plus.
