About the role
- Lead, guide, and challenge the Country Solution Design teams across Europe to ensure alignment with regional objectives
- Ensure that each country has the right team structure and technical expertise for logistics solutions
- Oversee performance reporting and monitor KPIs
- Lead the design of transportation solutions that deliver customer value
- Work closely with business development to define priorities and allocate team workload
- Support the start-up phase of awarded projects ensuring smooth transitions
- Monitor client satisfaction and operational KPIs to identify improvement areas
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in transport operations, solution design, or engineering-related activities
- Experience in Automotive, Consumer & Retail, Industrial, Technology, Luxury & Beauty, Healthcare, Aerospace & Defense, eCommerce, Energy, and Aid & Relief and Government sectors
- Knowledge of transport operations, logistics processes, and freight network design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel skills (data modeling, solver, and optimization formulas)
- Effective planning, organization, and project coordination abilities
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement
