About the role
- Analyze customer needs in collaboration with commercial and operations teams to design innovative, tailored logistics solutions.
- Develop fair and competitive pricing models aligned with CEVA's commercial strategy and financial objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of global commercial proposals, ensuring the technical and economic consistency of the offers.
- Work closely with international teams to harmonize practices and promote a global approach to solution design.
- Maintain continuous market intelligence on trends and technological innovations related to road and rail transport.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal solution design and pricing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Significant experience in designing logistics solutions or in pricing within the transport or supply chain sector, particularly in the road and/or rail segment.
- Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in financial or economic modeling.
- Strong skills in managing multidisciplinary projects and in intercultural communication.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a team-oriented mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
- Fluency in French and English is required to interact with global teams and international clients.
