About the role
- Manage transportation operations to ensure compliance with operational SLAs, objectives, and company targets
- Provide support to carriers and clients regarding delivery information
- Handle, resolve, and escalate incidents occurring at the time of delivery
- Follow up with carriers to obtain required return information
- Analyze system-generated reports, ensuring data accuracy and credibility
- Schedule deliveries with clients
- Generate return authorization codes and manage reverse logistics
- Analyze reasons for returns/reverse logistics and ensure submission of supporting documentation
- Follow up on return processes with carriers
- Prepare return reports and KPIs and report them to the client
- Contribute to meeting the SLA for services provided to the client
- Work with carriers to achieve agreed operational SLAs related to delivery information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed
- Be an active CEVA employee for at least 1 year
- Hold a position equal to or one level below the advertised role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ORION Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience in transportation/logistics
- English or Spanish (desirable)
- Valid driver's license
