About the role
- Operational responsibility for all ICQA processes during your shift
- Execution and monitoring of company-standard inspections to ensure the correctness and completeness of goods-picking processes, such as IRDR counts, Nil Pick investigations, Standard Bin Checks (SBCs) and Amnesty Bin Clearances
- Coordination of Andon responses for inventory or quality deviations
- Support in the analysis and resolution of sideline cases
- Contribute to process improvements to increase inventory accuracy
- Preparation of shift reports and handover to management
- Leadership, motivation and development of the ICQA team during your shift
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Logistics, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field
- At least initial leadership experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in inventory or quality management
- Experience with WMS systems and confident user of Excel
- High level of reliability, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late/possibly night)
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
