About the role
- Coordination and execution of company-specific ICQA processes to ensure correctness and completeness in picking, including IRDR counts, Nil Pick investigations, Standard Bin Checks (SBCs), and Amnesty Bin Clearances
- Support for Andon response in the event of inventory or quality deviations
- Guidance and support of staff in handling sideline cases
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements to increase inventory accuracy
- Support in preparing shift reports and handing over to the Shift Leader
- Onboard new employees and promote team development
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics, e.g., Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Quality Management or equivalent
- At least initial experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in inventory or quality control
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems and Excel
- Accuracy, sense of responsibility and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good German language skills; English skills advantageous
