About the role
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and process quality within Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA)
- Plan, conduct and evaluate inventory audits to identify discrepancies
- Analyze stock discrepancies and develop sustainable measures to prevent errors
- Coordinate stock adjustments and verify storage locations for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor warehouse processes in goods receipt and dispatch to ensure quality and process standards
- Initiate and oversee immediate corrective actions in case of inventory or quality deviations
- Prepare and maintain KPI reports on inventory accuracy and process performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and quality assurance processes
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Quality Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in inventory management, quality assurance or operational logistics
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ideally with experience in e-commerce environments
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style and high attention to detail
- Experience leading teams and collaborating with operational stakeholders
- Excellent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
