About the role

  • Responsible for air import operations, liaising with clients in Brazil and with overseas agents, airlines, and customs brokers
  • Enter invoice order requests into the client's system; correct documents and perform analyses with buyers
  • Process House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL)
  • Request and review documentation
  • Maintain and add records in specific control spreadsheets
  • Prepare and receive shipping instructions (R.I.) with origin and destination
  • Analyze process profitability; perform other duties inherent and related to the role.

Requirements

  • University degree in International Trade or a related field
  • Experience with freight forwarding for import and export by sea
  • Advanced English
