About the role
- Air&Ocean Europe BD’s Sales performance measurement vs sales targets : Regularly assessing performance to ensure we meet or exceed our goals
- Sales Compensation calculation : Ensuring accurate and timely compensation for BD’s team based on their achievements
- Monthly dedicated Air&Ocean Head reporting KIT : Providing comprehensive monthly reporting to facilitate informed decision-making
- Monthly Pipeline monitoring : Tracking the sales pipeline to identify opportunities and address potential bottlenecks
- Monitor Sales challenges to motivate teams : Supporting, monitoring, and motivating the BD’s team in overcoming Sales challenges.
- Targets Lines : Support and guide BD’s managers in defining budget lines after portfolio’s relocation
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in sales performance analysis and reporting
- Very good knowledge of Power BI (dashboards, KPIs, management reporting)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience in sales compensation calculation and target tracking is a strong asset
- Ability to prepare monthly management reports and monitor sales pipeline
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
