About the role

  • Develop and perform activities related to Air Export Operations in Brazil.
  • Analyze, coordinate and oversee end-to-end air export shipments.
  • Process air export documentation (HAWB/MAWB).
  • Verify air export documentation (HAWB, MAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Cargo Manifest, among others), ensuring legal compliance.
  • Monitor shipments daily with clients, customs brokers, carriers, airlines, agents and CEVA partners (origin and destination).
  • Manage shipment timelines and routing, including monitoring departures and arrivals (ETD/ETA/ATD/ATA).
  • Handle operational incidents, such as weight/cargo discrepancies, routing errors and critical cargo issues.
  • Perform daily updates and maintenance of data in CEVA and client systems, ensuring accurate reporting and process visibility.
  • Coordinate with CEVA internal departments to ensure pre-alerts, arrival confirmations and invoicing within client deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide proactive customer service, offering tailored logistics solutions and technical support to internal and external teams.
  • Manage operations financially, ensuring adherence to budgets, internal policies and financial targets.
  • Monitor and achieve targets, SLAs and quality/performance KPIs.
  • Conduct risk management and make strategic decisions, anticipating problems and implementing preventive actions.
  • Develop and implement new activities related to the role, focused on continuous improvement of logistical processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, Economics or related fields.
  • English: Advanced.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
  • Understanding of international trade laws and customs regulations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be proactive: you are not afraid to learn from others and bring innovative solutions.
